Novo Property is owned and run by Scott Wardlaw, a professionally qualified Architect, Property Developer and certified Passive House Designer, with over 25 years experience in the residential and hospitality sectors.  Located just south of Edinburgh and Glasgow in the glorious Tweed Valley, Novo has been conceived as a property development company for landowners, landlords and investors aspiring to live, own and invest in desirable property developments throughout Scotland and the UK. Our target market focuses on providing high end sustainable Eco Homes and Offices for young aspirational people.

Building on the ethos and work of Novo Design Studios, our sister Architectural Practice, we seek to align our service with the needs of the landowner, landlord and investor first.
